Inspa Signature Body Treatment (approx 1 hour and 15 min)

An invigorating experience from head to toe. Starting with a full body exfoliation followed by a stress relieving massage personally blended with your choice of aroma. A true pamper for the whole body.

Energising Body Treatment (approx 1 hour 15 minutes)

Begin your treatment with a nourishing body exfoliation to remove dull, dry skin. Your boy is then drenched in warm water whilst the vichy shower releases any muscular tension targeting specific points on your body. Your treatment is then completed with a full body application of essential oil infused massage oil leaving your skin with a luminous glow.

Ginger and Honey Body Therapy (approx 1 hour and 30 mins)

Awaken your senses with this energising body treatment. Your treatment begins with a ginger nectar bathing experience, which is followed by a full body application of ginger and honey to deeply nourish your skin. Drift away with a shiatsu face massage to complete your experience.

Balance Body Therapy (approx 1 hour 15 mins)

A warming body treatment to invigorate and soften your skin. Your treatment begins with a full body exfoliation and detoxifying body brush massage whilst enjoying our vichy shower. Your skin will be deeply hydrated with essential oils of ylang ylang, petitgrain and nutmeg leaving your feeling relaxed and revitalised. Feel completed with a pressure point face massage, foot massage and stress relieving scalp massage.

Aquatherapy Spa and Body Wrap (approx 1 hour 15 mins)

A deeply relaxing aqua therapy treatment commences with a full body exfoliation and aromatic bathing experience, which is followed by an application of personally blended moisturiser and body wrap. Help soothe away stress, muscular tension and increase blood circulation with a stress relieving scalp and foot massage.

Mineral Mud Masque (approx 1 hour and 30 minutes)

Exfoliate, detoxify and nourish your body. Dead sea salts, drenched in your personal blend of essential oils, exfoliate your skin. A warm, soothing mineral-rich mud poultice is smoothed over your body. You will then be wrapped warmly while you have a gentle scalp massage to promote deep relaxation. Your skin will be left silky smooth. This therapy is completed with use of our Vichy Shower.

Wellbeing Body Wrap - Hydrating (approx 1 hour and 30 mins)

Relax and totally unwind in a warm, sumptuous creamy mask composed of white clay and papaya enzymes. Intensely hydrating and specially formulated to give your body an overwhelming feeling of peace and wellbeing.

Detox Body Wrap - Contouring (approx 1 hour and 30 mins)

Detox with a combination of essential oils, green tea, marine algae and a deliciously hydrating clay. A mask rich in minerals and anti-oxidant properties to target toxins, draining away and reducing fluid retention. An excellent treatment that results in smoother, more refined skin.

Revive Body Wrap - Invigorating (1 hour and 30 mins)

Herbal powder and aroma essence balm combine to activate and stimulate circulation to provide an invigorating body experience. The cooling stimulating action of a menthol gel mask helps relieve feelings of heaviness in the legs. Provides instant relief and comfort for tired limbs and a wake up call for weary bodies.

Tonic Body Wrap - Regenerating (1 hour and 30 mins)

With plant extracts and essential oils of Manuka and lemon grass, moisturising with melon and firming with Kigeline and Shiitake, this light yet rich and creamy mask improves skin tone and regenerates the skins elasticity. An effective treatment for skin after pregnancy, weight loss and general toning and age management.

Water Journey (approx 1 hour 30 mins)

Enjoy an all over friction body massage using our signature loofah and pepper based powder mixed with an aromatic balm to invigorate, stimulate and detoxify. A body mask specially customised for you is then applied to the entire body while you relax in a warming body envelopment. You can drift away while we work on specific pressure points on your face, balancing your entire body and leaving you alert and refreshed. Stimulating vichy shower is then used to remove your mask, boost circulation and improve skins appearance.

Mother To Be (approx 1 hour)

Designed to meet your individual needs, at each stage of your pregnancy. This specialised treatment focuses on preventing the appearance of stretch marks, preserving the elasticity of the skin and reducing water retention, restoring comfort to aching legs, using customised exfoliation techniques, body masks and massage balms. Mother to Be treatment is available only after the first trimester.
