The Inspa wellness retreat environment is one of serenity and relaxation. We request that all visitors please understand and respect the quiet and privacy needs of other spa guests, by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile phones. Parents please note it is essential to make alternate child-care arrangements for any spa/beauty treatment.
Reservations
Inspa wellness retreat is operated to the highest standards; we pride ourselves on providing highly skilled and trained professionals and serene surroundings for you to enjoy your treatments. It is essential to book well in advance prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.
Check-in
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a reduced treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or failing to show for a scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Health Considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or are pregnant; we advise you to consult your doctor prior to your spa treatment. Please highlight your medical conditions to your spa therapist. Clients are reminded of their obligations under the law to bring to the attention of the management any medical condition which may present a public health threat.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa is prohibited.
Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto the spa premises.
Refund Policy
Treatment packages are non-refundable.
Take Home Products
All Inspa treatments and treatment packages include a professional skincare diagnosis and a take home product, as prescribed by your Inspa therapist. For best possible results surveys have shown that 70% of results are dependent on your homecare regime.
