1-2 times per week, at Night.
Directions
Apply 1-2 a week in the evening to a cleansed and exfoliated face and neck.
Apply a thick layer leave on for ten minutes then remove and apply
appropriate Inspa night cream.

Other ingredients include
Seaweed/ Kelp extract: A brown seaweed also known as Atlantic Kelp. Suitable
on all skin types. Extremely rich in iodine - toning and soothing. High in
poly glactosides along with Ursolic acid (which react with the skins acid
mantle to form a protective moisturising complex). Also contain Frucose a
hydrating agent. Kelp extract is also high in:
Vitamin A: A retinoid, which helps in the healing and prevention of
sundamaged skin. Vitamin A is not biologically present in the skin and must
be applied topically.
Vitamin C: Also known as Ascorbic Acid a known anti-oxidant vital in wound
healing as it aids in the stabilization of collagen.
Vitamin B: A newer topical vitamin that has been studied in the treatment of
acne and further studies are currently under way with some forms of skin cancer.
Vitamin E: Also known as Tocopherol, an anti-oxidant. When applied topically
Vitamin E has been shown to improve moisturisation ; skin softness and smoothness.
Bearberry Extract: (Arctostaphylos uva ursi)
Antibacterial, Anti-oxidant and Skin lightening properties.
Retinyl Palmitate: Form of Vitamin A. It is a combination of retiol (pure vitamin A) and
palmitic acid. Effective as an anti-oxidant and skin-cell regulator.
Certified Organic French Lavender: Calming soothing aroma.
Certified Organic Grapeseed Oil: Contains proanthyocyanidins,
which are very potent anti-oxidants, helpful for diminishing the suns
damaging effects and lessening free radical damage.
